Since KP&S
Construction, Inc. was created the Team has been
dedicated to continuing education. The changing world of
construction has set the bar higher for custom home
building, and our mission is to help educate other
builders, homeowners, and future homeowners about the
changes and innovations in our world. The KP&S
Team are members of the National Association of Home
Builders, The Texas Association of Builders, and the
Home Builder Association of Greater Austin. We are
currently Certified Green Professional is has taken
three years to earn this designation, and we are in the
process of earning our Certified Graduate Builder (CGB)
and CAPS. After we will be working on our Graduate
Master Builder (GMB) certification.

LEAD SAFETY
"CERTIFIED RENOVATOR"
The KP&S Team has also been
certified in the hazards and removal of Lead-Dust. If
hazardous materials such as lead-based paint is
disturbed lead-dust is released into the air.
New HUD and EPA regulations
beginning April 2010 require all contractors that
disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities
and school, built before 1978 be certified to follow
specific work practices to prevent lead contamination. |
